Repentance

Every time you buy online, you have seven days to regret it, counting from the actual delivery of the product, regardless of the reason.

In this case, notify the supplier, preferably by letter, with acknowledgment of receipt.

No amount can be deducted from what you have paid.

Shopping by Impulso 

Avoid impulse buying if you don't have a reference for the value of the product or service practiced by the market.

Buy only what you need and what you can afford;

Under no circumstances take out credit to make your purchases and never enter the overdraft limit or revolving credit card. Added to end-of-year expenses – such as Christmas, travel, vacations –, they can lead to over-indebtedness.

Exchange or return: 

Any exchange or return request must be made via email  contato@santacoffee.net  or by phone (47) 9 9175-2125. The service is held from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The consumer will have up to 7 (seven) calendar days to withdraw from purchases made through the website, which period starts from the date of receipt of the product(s).

Upon request, the full name, order number, reason for return/exchange/withdrawal and contact telephone number must be informed. In cases of withdrawal, the consumer may exchange the product for another of the same value or receive a refund of the amount paid.

Important : Only products that are in their original packaging, without signs of use, duly accompanied by the invoice, will be accepted for return. Returned products will undergo a technical analysis and, if misuse is found, the cost of return will be the responsibility of the buyer.
