Normally, purchases made with credit cards are authorized within 24 hours and those made with bank slips are approved within 72 hours. Only after confirmation of payment for your purchase will the shipping process begin.
Shortly after placing the order, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with the registration number so you can track your merchandise on the Correios website.

Sedex : it has home delivery, on working days, from Monday to Saturday, in all municipalities in Brazil.
There will be 3 (three) delivery attempts on consecutive business days, the first being on the same date of arrival at the distribution unit. If delivery is impossible due to a closed house or absence of a civilly capable person, the order will be available for delivery at the agency closest to the address of the recipient, for seven (7) calendar days, after which it will be returned to the sender.

Delivery at the postal unit counter is made only to the addressee himself or to the person authorized by him, in the appropriate field of the arrival notice left by the postman.

If delivery is not possible for other reasons, the order will be returned immediately.
The delivery of the order in rural or risk areas is carried out exclusively at the post office closest to the address of the recipient.
Pac : Home delivery, on working days, from Monday to Friday, or internal delivery (Postal Box, Posta Restante Requested and Posta Restante Caída).
2 delivery attempts will be made, the 1st attempt being on the same day the object arrives at the distribution unit. The 2nd attempt will be made on the following business day.

In case the package is returned to Santa Coffee, the return shipping must be paid by the customer, as the Post Office will charge the service again.

Areas with home delivery restrictions

Correios do not carry out home delivery in some cities, in rural areas, places of difficult access or risk. If the object is destined for an area with restrictions on home delivery, the Post Office will evaluate what action to be taken for the indicated zip code, being able to extend the delivery period of the object by another 7 days or send the object to one of the units of the Post Office, so that the recipient can pick it up. The Post Office will leave a notice of arrival at the address of the recipient, who will have to go to the indicated Post Office unit, carrying documents that allow identification, in order to retrieve the item. The custody period is 7 calendar days for SEDEX and PAC.

Important:

1. In some cases, the Post Office does not send the arrival notice to the recipient's address, so it is very important to track your order periodically (the tracking code is sent by email).
2. It is very important to check the storage period of the object at the Post Office unit, because after the mentioned period, the object will be returned to Santa Coffee and a new freight will be charged for reshipment.
